- A Cruisers 22 named The Chief, suffered engine failure off the Port Hueneme Pier. Captain Kris on Assist Channel Islands towed the boat back to Channel Islands Harbor.
- Perserverance, a 38 foot sailboat, lost an engine at the breakwater near the entrance to Channel Islands Harbor. Assist Channel Islands, with Captain Kris at the helm, towed the boat back to its slip in Vintage Marina, Channel Islands Harbor.
- A Larson 23, disabled at the Pacific Corinthian Yacht Club long dock, called for assistance but was able to get the problem handled and stood down Captain Kris and Assist Channel Islands.
- Captain Kris and Assist Ventura went to the aid of a vessel with starter problems in position N 34 01.063, W 119 29.284. The Bayliner 27, named Ebenezer, needed to go to Santa Barbara Harbor.
- Captains Bev, Paul and Butter assisted the Hunter 38 named Tardis II. The boat suffered rudder problems and needed to go to Anacapa Marine Services for repair. Assist Channel Islands was the tow boat.
- Captain Kris and Assist Ventura delivered oil to Patriot, a 21 foot Seaswirl disabled at the west tip of Anacapa Island. The boat was able to make way under its own power after the oil delivery.
- Captain Bev on Assist Channel Islands did the dock-to-dock for the Bayliner 28, On Maui Time. The boat went from Channel Islands Harbor Marina to Anacapa Marine Services for repairs.
- Captain Paul, at the helm of Assist Channel Islands, went to the aid of Hammerhead, a Radon 22. The boat had lost an engine in position N 34 05.320, W 119 16.514, and needed assistance getting back to Channel Islands Harbor.
- A Duckworth 21, named Hooch, lost battery power in position N 34 23.644, W 119 43.424 and called for Vessel Assist. Captain Paul responded.
- Sheila K, a 28 foot Fiberform, lost steering near the Channel Islands launch ramp. Captain Paul on Assist Channel Islands towed the boat to Channel Islands Harbor Marina.
- Lucky Song, a 38 foot powerboat with engine failure, called for assistance. It was Assist Ventura, with Captain Paul at the helm, that responded, but the Harbor Patrol had assisted the mariner before they could arrive on scene, so it was a stand down.
- Seabird, a Seabird 24, with fuel problems called Vessel Assist. Captains Bev and Paul and Assist Ventura went to the aid of the mariner, towing the boat back to Ventura Harbor.
- Octopus, a Bayliner 28, called for assistance, but was able to handle his problem and stood down Captain Kris and Assist Channel Islands.
- A Seaswirl 21, lost an engine and called for assistance. Assist Channel Islands, with Captain Kris aboard, went to the aid of the disabled vessel towing it to the Channel Islands launch ramp.
- Autumnstar, a 37 foot sailboat, lost an engine two miles outside the Ventura Harbor entrance. Captain Kris and Assist Ventura towed the boat to Ventura Isle Marina.
- Viking, a 32 foot powerboat, ran out of fuel and called Vessel Assist. Captain Kris, on Assist Channel Islands, towed the boat to Westport Marina, Channel Islands Harbor.
- A Grand Banks 42 needed to go to Ventura Harbor Boat Yard from its slip in Ventura West Marina. It was Captain Kris on Assist Ventura who assisted the mariner.
- Laurel Lyn, a 38 foot Island Packet, lost an engine and needed to go to Anchor's Way Boat Yard for repairs. Captain Kris and Captain Paul, on Assist Ventura, towed the boat.
- The Major Engineering barge went from Ventura Harbor to Channel Islands Harbor behind Assist Ventura, with Captain Kris at the helm.
- A Wellcraft 20, named Bent Over, ran out of fuel and called for assistance. Captain Paul on Assist Channel Islands, delivered the fuel.
- It was a Stealth Cat 42 that ran out of luck and called for assistance. Captain Kris and Assist Ventura responded to the scene of the disabled vessel, towing it back to Ventura Harbor.
- Just in Time, a Radon 24, encountered a fuel problem in position N 34 00.582, W 119 26.392. Captain Kris on Assist Ventura responded, towing the boat back to Ventura Harbor.
- A Sea Ray 24 overheated just outside the entrance to Ventura Harbor and called for help. Captain Paul, on Assist Ventura, responded to the incident, towing the boat to Ventura Harbor launch ramp.
- Movin Up, a John Alman 28, lost an engine and called for assistance. Captains Bev and Paul, on Assist Ventura answered the call and towed the boat to Ventura Harbor Boat Yard.
- It was the Stealth Cat 42, needing repairs, that went from Anchor's Way Marina to Anchor's Way Boat Yard. Captains Bev and Paul, on Assist Ventura, moved the boat.
- Flying Fish, a 25 foot Boston Whaler with dead batteries, in position N 34 01.886, W 119 31.265, called for Vessel Assist. Captain Kris, on Assist Channel Islands, gave the boat a jump start.
- Wrong Way, an Ericson 35 out of fuel, was assisted back to her slip in Channel Islands Harbor Marina by Captain Kris on Assist Channel Islands.
- Tera Pico, an East Bay 50, ran out of fuel in position N 34 23.875, W 119 45.145, and called for a fuel drop. Captain Paul and Assist Ventura did the fuel delivery.
- Dive Bar, a Starfire 24, lost a fan belt and needed the assistance of Captains Paul and Tom, on Assist Ventura. The captains towed the boat to the Ventura Harbor launch ramp.
- Captains Tom and Paul towed Sea Dory, a C-Dory 26, from the Channel Islands fuel dock to a private dock in Mandalay Bay.
- Captains Kris and Paul towed a Bayliner 25 from Ventura Isle Marina to Anchor's Way Boat Yard.
- Wave Hunter, a 22 foot Reinell, lost engine power while anchored at Cojo Anchorage near Point Conception. Captain Kris, on Assist Ventura, dispatched, making about 35 miles toward the disabled boat, but the mariner called and stood down the tow so he returned to Ventura base.
- It was Assist Ventura, with Captain Kris at the helm, that towed the Reinell 18, Mas Olas, from near Marmetta, Santa Cruz Island. The boat's destination was Ventura Harbor.
- Captains Tom and Paul, on Assist Channel Islands, were dispatched to the aid of a boat with engine failure in position N 34 08.762, W 119 13.395. The boat, a Davis 26, was towed back to the Channel Islands launch ramp.
- Assist Channel Islands, with Captains Tom and Paul at the helm, was dispatched to Channel Islands Harbor Marina to move a Norsea sailboat, named Swallow, to the Anchor's Way Boat Yard in Ventura Harbor where it was hauled out for engine repair.
- Captain Paul, on Assist Channel Islands, was dispatched to assist a boat with dead batteries at the east end of Anacapa Island. The boat was a 23 foot Seaswirl named M-Girl.
- Captain Kris, went to the aid of a Wellcraft 22 named Destiny, disabled near Ciscos Sport Fishing in Channel Islands Harbor. Captain Kris and Assist Channel Islands towed the boat to the Channel Islands launch ramp.
- Captains Tom and Paul, at the helm of Assist Ventura, were dispatched to help a Sea Ray 22 with starter problems. They towed the boat to the Ventura launch ramp.
- An Island Gypsy 32, lost battery power at Smuggler's Anchorage, Santa Cruz Island. Captain Kris and Assist Channel Islands went to the aid of the disabled vessel but it was a stand down when the mariners were able to get the problem handled on their own.
- No engine was the problem for the Cheoy Lee 23 named First Look. Captains Kris and Tom responded on Assist Ventura, towing the boat to Ventura Isle Marina.
- A Chrysler 14, named Daze Off, lost engine power and it was Captain Tom, on Assist Ventura who responded. The boat was towed to the Ventura launch ramp.
- A Bayliner 25, with a fuel problem, was assisted by Captain Kris and Assist Channel Islands to its slip in Channel Islands Marina.
- Captain Kris and Assist Channel Islands were dispatched to assist Lotus, a Catalina 27 with engine failure. The boat was towed to Vintage Marina in Channel Islands Harbor.
- A personal watercraft with engine failure just off Hollywood Beach, Channel Islands Harbor, was assisted by Captain Kris and Assist Channel Islands.
- Observer, a Mainship powerboat, lost electrical power while anchored at Smuggler's Anchorage, Santa Cruz Island. It was Captain Kris, on Assist Ventura, who towed the boat to a private slip in the Ventura Keys.
- Ausum, a Cal 34, lost engine power in rough conditions just outside the Channel Islands Harbor entrance. Captain Kris responded on Assist Channel Islands, towing the boat to a slip in Anacapa Isle Marina.
- It was dead batteries that ruined the day for Patriot, a Catalina 40, anchored at Prisoner's Anchorage, Santa Cruz Island. Captain Paul and Assist Ventura were dispatched to deliver a jump start so that the vessel could make way under its own power.
- It was a dock to dock for a Sea Ray 31. The boat was at a private slip in the Ventura Keys and needed to go to Ventura Harbor Boat Yard for repairs. Captain Glen on Assist Ventura ran the case.
- Calypso, a Hydrasport 34, lost engine power in position N 34 09.722, W 119 32.709. Captain Glen, on Assist Ventura, towed the boat to Santa Barbara Harbor.
- Electrical failure was the problem for the Sea Ray 25 at Anacapa Island. Captain Paul on Assist Channel Islands attempted to give the boat a jump start but it was unsuccessful so it ended up being a tow back to Channel Islands Harbor.
- A Maxxum 24 with engine failure, and three persons on board, was disabled in position N 34 04.197, W 119 21.205. Captain Glen and Assist Ventura took the boat in tow and brought it back to Ventura Harbor.
- Amy Lynn, a Bayliner 27, lost an engine. Captain Glen, on Assist Ventura, was dispatched, towing the boat back to Anacapa Isle Marina, Channel Islands Harbor.
- Cantalibre, a Newport 27 sailboat with engine failure, was assisted by Captain Paul and Assist Ventura. The boat was towed to Channel Islands, Anacapa Isle Marina.
- Aventure Sauvage, a Cheoy Lee 41, was towed back to its slip by Captains Glen and Paul on Assist Ventura.
- Captains Tom and Paul were dispatched to deliver fuel to a CHB 48, just outside Channel Islands Harbor. Assist Channel Islands was the delivery vessel.
- Captain Kris responded to the scene of a Ranger 26 hard aground at Summerland Beach. After Captain Kris got on scene the mariner declined his assistance so boat and captain returned to base.
